Field 33
Job description

Humans globally face unseen challenges while transforming their businesses. Navigating in a digital and borderless economy while the pace of change keeps increasing. Organizations encounter inter-dependencies and exponential growth of cause-impact relations. It’s getting harder to decide and navigate between things that actually have an impact. That’s why we’re building Field33.

Our mission is to help people deepen their understanding and impact on organizations and empower them to make informed decisions. Our platform gives users access to empirically proven success factors, local data, and machine learning capabilities. We offer tools that model the complexity in which we all operate, enabling people to learn and explore - making complexity user-friendly.

We are small but fast growing team with no strict hierarchies. Attitude, motivation to deliver and learning and adopting quickly is more important to us than years in the job and ticking all the boxes. We are looking for people able to take senior roles over time but are willing to adjust responsibility and package according to your current level of ability.

We’re looking for a Data Visualization and Information Designer (f/m/x) across seniority levels with experience in prototyping, who will join us on the quest to build a new future for organizational data—empowering our users to explore and interact with data and knowledge across the anatomical levels of an organization. It is true for organizations as it is true for our design process. Alongside your experience working in cross-functional teams, you have the tools to prototype your vision. Visit our Blog to understand better what drives and where we look for inspiration.
